Information: All Bookings are made in weeks, with each rental week starting on a Saturday, and ending the following Saturday.

Check-In/Check-Out: As a general rule, unless arranged before the start of your stay, check-in time on saturdays are 4pm and check-out time the following saturday is noon/midday.

Oil & Electricity: The property uses Oil Central Heating, and Electric Over/Hob. Both are metered, and a reading will be taken at the start of your stay, and provided to you. Before you check-out at the end of your stay, you will need to take another reading and the total amount to pay will be calculated from this.

Deposits: When booking you will be advised of the deposit required. This can be paid via credit card or paypal account
